This week I ramble about my first full week in my house in Yellow Pine. And the writing process. And the dread of dredging up a lot of painful memories from my childhood. But it's not all bad! This week I'm back in Las Vegas, Nevada to see The Rolling Stones! I ramble about how it feels to be here, the Stones show, a few other adventures, Valley Of Fire, Red Rock Canyon, and how it feels to have one last fun trip before I go back to Yellow Pine, Idaho for the winter to sequester myself to write a book. And all the insecurities that said book brings to the forefront of my mind. Plus how I've been keeping my mind in shape. Hint: meditation. LOTS of meditation.

This week I'm posting a podcast I guested on - Stoke The Fire Episode 35. We dive deep into my mental health struggles, breakdown, suicide attempt, and ultimately my recovery. Which is ongoing. We laugh, we cry - a lot - laugh some more and end with a lot of smiles. It's not easy keeping a Positive Mental Attitude. It takes a lot of diligence and daily work. But it's worth it. And so rewarding. It's important for all of us to remember that every day we have a choice to make. We don't HAVE to be alive. We GET to be alive!
